We teamed up with Office Services to renovate the Trauma and Marketing Services departments. We determined that there was a need to increase capacity, foster collaboration and teamwork, and allow more natural daylight in to the space, so we programmed to move away from high panels and large private offices, and instead proposed open plan workstations that were away from the windows. Steelcase Privacy Walls were used in place of standard drywall construction for all meeting spaces and offices. All stations were planned to be made from a simple kit of parts to keep inventory to a minimum. In addition, we work on day-to-day projects in various other locations of the building.
New construction of 43 classrooms, performing arts, 2 gymnasiums, student commons & media center, administrative & faculty spaces. Coordinating re-use of available existing furniture and it’s move & installation.
Through a preliminary pricing exercise and formal RFP, we were selected as the partner SJHS would work with to program furniture and make selections to meet their budget goal.
